How accurate are South Carolina price ranges?

No South Carolina county currently has a figure labelled "Price range". The development and final test results below say why. Parcels show facts only unless a separate, labelled rough estimate passed its own test.

Tested price ranges

No tested-range rows to report. A development pass alone does not publish a price range where a final confirmation is still required.

What did not pass

South Carolina land (sc-land-1.0): 46 counties checked, none with a tested price range. 5 came closest but show no tested range: Lexington County: the development test passed, but the final check has not run yet; Greenwood County: the final check ran and did not pass; York County and Beaufort County: our arm's-length sales screen failed its own check, so no final check was read; Charleston County: held back while an unexplained 2026 jump in sale prices is checked. 11 show county records only: there is no vacancy flag or market value to test a price against. 30 could not be tested: there is no county sales source yet.

Sources and dates

Test sales: recorded South Carolina sales on file for each county. Test figures: our out-of-time test reports and, where run, sealed final checks (sc-land-1.0). Parcel counts: our South Carolina map on Oct 24, 2026. Estimates are for your own analysis, not an appraisal or a broker price opinion.
