Groundwork shows North Carolina parcels from public county records. Anyone who opens a parcel card sees the owner name as on the county tax roll; without Pro, on a limited number of cards a day. The mailing address is for paying Pro and Operator subscribers only. If this is your land and you want your name and mailing address hidden, or something corrected, tell us here. You don't have to give a reason.

  • Hide: we hide your name and mailing address from every card, parcel page, list, alert and export within five business days, and email you when it's done.
  • Confidential under North Carolina law (for example Address Confidentiality Program participants, G.S. 15C): we hide it right away and review afterwards. Please also notify your county tax assessor.
  • Correct: tell us what's wrong. If the error is in the county's record, we'll point you to the county tax assessor.

The parcel's physical facts (location, acres, zoning, flood zone) stay on the map, because they are public county records. We can't recall copies a subscriber exported before your request. See our privacy policy for more.
